But even despite such disappointing statistics, few people know what to do if an accident happens. Today I decided to dedicate an article to this topic and tell you how to act correctly in this situation.

Don't panic! Keep a bright mind

It doesn't matter if the girl is driving or the man. When an accident occurs, even the most frivolous, a person begins to panic and completely forgets what to do.

After digging around on websites on the Internet, you can find a lot of material regarding the procedure for an accident. But there is one fact that almost no one pays attention to, and this becomes a fatal mistake.

One of my subscribers shared a situation that literally caused goosebumps. There was a small accident on the road. The driver, due to his youth and inexperience, could not cope with driving at the first frost and drove into the oncoming lane. That car, which was moving opposite, slid into a ditch. As a result, my subscriber crashed into a bump, but neither he nor the car were particularly injured. But a year later, the guy gets a court summons. According to the traffic police documents, it turns out that the car did not just pull over to the side of the road, but crashed into the fence, turned over several times and is now beyond repair.

The insurance company paid almost 100% of the cost for the constructive death of the car and began to collect money from my subscriber. It's good that he had acquaintances in the structure of the traffic police. They just checked the car by vin-code and it turned out that it is safely registered in Kazakhstan. All the information that was presented in court turned out to be false, so the guy won the case.

But just look at what schemes people with corrupt connections can come up with! That is why, if there was an accident in which you are not to blame, but you cannot prove it (especially if there is no DVR in your car), and the culprit of the situation is very knowledgeable in legal terms, you must act according to a clear scheme:

If no one was injured and there are no people who need first aid, the very first and most important rule is to record, photograph or videotape the license plates of cars passing by. These people are witnesses and your chance to prove your innocence.

Never take anyone's word for it. Do not leave the scene of an accident first!

If the opposite party has no claims against you, let the person write you a receipt and go from the scene of the accident first.

If these rules are violated, it is very likely that you will also receive a subpoena and it will not always be possible to win the case even despite your complete innocence.
