Tips for completing The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Temple of Dagon / Blood of the Daedra / Azura
Dagon TempleInside the cave, you will receive a warm welcome - everyone thinks that you are here to join them. The first priest will open the door for you, the second will tell you about your ordination as a member. Agree to his suggestion by giving him all your belongings (you'll get them back eventually, but if you don't want to part with everything you have, just throw some things on the ground before actually talking to him) and put on a red robe. Follow him to the temple. You will witness the speech of Mankar Kamoran. Go to the "stage" when you are invited. You have to make a sacrifice to become one of them. You can follow the order and kill the Argonian, or disobey and start killing everyone. In any case, you won't be able to leave here without raising the alarm, so it doesn't matter what you choose. You have to do 2 things: kill Harrow (he took all your stuff, remember?) and steal the book of Mysterium Xarxes. Although you can steal a dead Dunmir, the book cannot be stolen unless someone notices. Just take it and run, following the path indicated on your map. After leaving the cave, return to the Temple of the Cloud Ruler and give the book to Martin.
Blood of the Daedra / Azura
Meanwhile, Martin deciphered the first part of the book, thus finding out the first item needed to open the portal to Mankar Kamoran's Paradise. You need a Daedric artifact. There is a book "Modern Heretics" on Martin's desk. Read it to find out the location of the Temple of Azura.
Talk to Mels Marion. Raise his mood to make him talk. He will tell you that you need some glowing dust to trigger Azura. This substance is left by dead creatures known as Will-o-O-Visps. These "sparks&"you can find it a little further north. Wait until 6 a.m. and then give a gift to Azura. She will tell you to go to the gutted mine.
You will have to deal with 4 vampires here. They can be a problem, so be careful. There is a lot of silver around the mine, take the time to get it if you really need the money. When you return to Azura, you will receive an artifact. Take this to Martin.
TIP: The Azura Mission is one of 15 Daedric missions. They're mostly about finding shrines, making offerings, and doing some dungeon-like tasks. You'll get an artifact for each of them-and Daedric artifacts are some of the best. You can complete any of them in this part of the story. You will find details about all 15 quests in the full version of the guide. You can find detailed information about trading fees and features here .
