Dark Souls 3 Guide and Walkthrough - Tips and Guides #7
2. Reset Skill points"Is it possible to reset skill points and redistribute them?" is probably one of the most frequently asked questions by RPG fans, and Souls are no exception in this case. Therefore, we are in a hurry with the answer - yes, new skill points can be assigned in Dark Souls 3, so you do not need to start the whole game again if you feel that you have spent attribute points.
At the moment, we will not describe exactly how this system works - you will find it elsewhere in our guide. We will only inform you that you will meet an NPC character in the middle of the game, which will allow you to redistribute all the attribute points spent.
3. Focus on the Vigor attribute first
There is only one currency in Dark Souls - souls. We get them mostly for killing opponents. We buy items for souls, improve equipment and level up the character, which gives us the opportunity to increase the value of the selected attribute. To begin with, we recommend focusing on Vigor.
More experienced, confident players may ignore this attribute altogether, but if you are just starting an adventure with production From Software, Wigor will be the right choice. Greater Vigor will increase the number of life points of your character, which in practice means that you will see the ominous inscription DEAD on the screen.
The measurable benefits of more life points are felt much faster than when raising other attributes. Before you start thinking about specialization and the distribution of points in Strength or Dexterity, raise the Energy to level 17, 18.
4. The shield is not everything - tricks are also important
On the one hand, a shield is the safest way to defend against attacks, but not all of them provide 100% protection against damage - some damage can hit us even after a properly blocked strike. Constant reliance on the shield also exposes you to a rapid loss of stamina points needed to launch attacks. If you prefer a two-handed or two-handed weapon, then you won't have a shield at all.
The above examples should clearly show you that you need to learn how to perform effective evasions, that is, "fikokw" in a series of souls. Dodging, like blocking with a shield, costs us stamina points, so keep checking their number (stamina is indicated by a green stripe), located under the P and FP stripes).
Increasing the value of the Stamina attribute increases the amount of stamina, but even a very long column can quickly disappear if you perform unnecessary dodges and attacks - first of all, learn how to wisely use the stamina that you already have.
If you still don't know how to fight, take a look at the subpage with the interface and the fight, and also familiarize yourself with the controls. fun88
